Registered agents or private sellers are able to post a listing as well as having their own profile with all their listings.
Listing an Estate is free but must be done thoroughly to be approved. All registered members can list an Estate that has not been listed. To list a property is R99. See our pricing page here for more information:
Admin approves all listings published by agents or private sellers.
There is a wallet function, you will need to add funds to your wallet. Once in your wallet you can use the funds on the platform. All registered users have a wallet function.
There is options to boost each listing in your dashboard. It is a simple process and deducts funds from your wallet.
The property listed must be located within a secure estate, and a secure estate ONLY.
For fraudulent purposes we are unfortunately unable to refund any funds from the wallet once the funds have been added. We are completed against refunds to avoid the possibility of schemes running on this platform. Any refunds for rejected listings will be returned to your wallet.
